The most positive and important factor of the entire training was the facilitator.He was knowledgeable and relateable.He was able to get every point across effectively while still providing us with a pleasant training experience.I look forward to being part of more trainings with Mr.Caldwell.

I honestly don't have anything bad to comment on, feel that at first it was going to be just another dry and boring training course, but then Rick made it fun and interactive as well.

All was positive. The training was imformative and well designed with not just power points and writting, but with movie clips that made the training an enjoyable experience.
